We only accept returns, refunds and exchanges requests for Wrong or Defective products sent to customers and NOT for any other reason.
To ensure a smooth exchange, returns, refunds process, please:
- Record an unboxing video. This video evidence helps determine when and where any mishandling might have occurred. The unboxing video must clearly show the package in its original, unopened condition before it is opened. If the intact package is not shown at the start of the video, it will not be accepted as valid proof.
- Return the product in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition.

Exchange/Return requests will only be acknowledged within 3 days from the delivery date.
- We offer an exchange or a return/refund if the product received is damaged, torn, broken, or wrong product.

The product must not be used, undamaged and in their original condition.

Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery for the following reasons:
- Defective or Damaged Product: If the product arrives malfunctioning or physically harmed.
- Incorrect Description: If the product you receive significantly differs from the description or image displayed on our website.
Conditions Excluding Return or Exchange
- Requests for returns beyond 3 days from the delivery date will not be honored.
- Items that are used, damaged, or lack original packaging will not qualify for return or exchange.

No exchange or return is entertained if the customer personally doesn't like the color, material or quality. Customers are requested to go through the product details, customer reviews and specification in detail before ordering.

Please note that returns or replacements cannot be accepted for reasons related to personal preference, such as not liking the color or overall look and feel of the product after delivery. In such cases, if the customer still wishes to return the item, they will be responsible for shipping it back to us at their own cost. Once we receive the product, it will undergo a quality inspection, and a refund will be processed only if the item is returned in its original, unused, and resalable condition. We reserve the right to reject any refund if the returned product does not meet these criteria. Refunds in such cases will be initiated only after the inspection is completed.
Replacement Policy for Wrong Model or Color Ordered by the customer
If a customer places an order for the wrong phone model or color and requests a replacement, we will fulfill the request provided the customer covers the shipping cost for both return and reshipment. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable in instances where the received item is damaged or incorrect.
- In such scenarios, we can refund the amount paid within 7-10 working days.

Cancelation of order:
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us on WhatsApp +91-8850978528 on the same day you ordered with the following information, Order ID and Reason for cancellation. Both Pre-paid and Cash on Delivery products are eligible for cancellation before the order is out of delivery.
Cancellations after the order has been shipped will incur a 50% deduction from the order total as shipping and restocking fees.
Cancellations before the order is shipped will incur a 3.5% restocking fee.
If you have already paid for the order the money shall be refunded back in your account within the next 7-10 working days.
